We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly guest experience specialist to provide exceptional service at our airport lounge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently process check-in procedures and lounge access eligibility.
  • Attend to guests' needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of comfort and satisfaction.
  • Handle special requests, guest feedback, and service recovery with discretion and efficiency.
  • Provide attentive table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas.
  • Maintain familiarity with the lounge's offerings, including knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
  • Assist in presentation and replenishment of food and beverage items to ensure consistent quality.
