Job Overview

Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver exceptional airport guest experiences. This role requires a strong focus on providing top-notch service and professionalism, ensuring seamless interactions between guests and our team members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Upon arrival, welcome guests warmly and provide essential information about facilities and services.
  • Efficiently handle food and beverage aspects, as well as other guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist with baggage handling and maintain exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Stay alert to procedures and existing standards of practice with business partners.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow execution.

Requirements
  • Possess a valid driving license (desired).
  • Able to work on shift rotations, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with airport rules and regulations is an advantage.
  • Physically fit to perform tasks, including carrying bags up to 30kg if required.
  • Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated, and responsible individual.
