About the Role

This is a key position for a seasoned professional with 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, who can leverage their extensive knowledge and skills to motivate and coach a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish individual and team goals and conduct performance analysis to define action plans for achieving sales targets.
  • Proactively assess and monitor performance against expectations.
  • Foster a client-centric mindset within the boutique and ensure efficient sales floor management to maximize business opportunities.
  • Supervise all staff and serve as a role model, supporting client interactions when required and assisting Sales Associates on duty.
  • Act as the first line for troubleshooting and promptly escalate any issues to the management team.
  • Ensure the proper execution of company policies, procedures, and compliance-related activities.
  • Engage and support team members in building client action plans and assist leadership in monitoring ROI for client relationship programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of luxury retail experience with a proven track record of handling high-end clients and boutique operations.
  • Intrapreneurial and innovative mindset with strong proactivity and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with an understanding of retail productivity levers.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to organize, animate, and grow a large team with genuine values of inclusivity and trust.
