Job Title: HR Talent Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Development Lead.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a best-in-class talent strategy and function across Asia, developing credibility and strong relationships with business leaders and HRBPs.

This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, leadership skills, and talent development expertise, with a focus on driving long-term progress and change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing talent development strategies in complex, global environments.
  • Providing talent advisory support to leaders for their business and region.
  • Supporting employee development through various learning channels.
  • Managing and leading training programs.

Requirements:

  • 11-14 years of relevant Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment and in Talent Development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale global initiatives with ambiguous parameters and diverse stakeholders.
  • Advising HRBPs, business leaders, and stakeholders on Talent Development best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in L&D content creation and delivery.
