Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Material & Freight Handling Supervisor to coordinate the fuel delivery process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in coastal bunkering fuel distribution, supervising the Material & Freight Handling operator, coordinating the fuel delivery, scanning or documenting the delivery, as well as marking items with identifying information.

Maintaining accurate delivery records on a daily basis and performing prescribed safety checks on freight handling equipment, adhering to safety regulations at all times is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of fuels and materials
  • Supervise Material & Freight Handling operators to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and perform regular safety inspections

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required for this position
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a freight handler in a similar industry is necessary
  • Ability to operate specialized fuel dispenser equipment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for this role
