Job Description:

The role of Fuel Operations Specialist involves conducting fuel farm operations, performing fuel quality checks, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting daily inspections and functional checks on GFE/GFP to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Performing maintenance tasks on in-house equipment, facilities, and vehicles according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Participating in audits as required to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing quality and safety reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Attending daily briefings to stay informed about site-specific issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fuel operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, security, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software applications used in the industry.
