RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will provide administrative and operational support to the Singapore Supply Team in our Marine business.

Core duties and responsibilities include:

- Coordinate, prepare and execute flow of price information and port information to interested parties within the organization
- Extract performance statistics for analysis
- Assist both Sales and Administration in ensuring correct, up to date paper trail of fixtures, maintain concise filing system
- Prepare & submit monthly expense reports in accordance with T&E guidelines
- Managing of contract administration & generating sales confirmations to suppliers
- Assist in other administrative functions

Key Requirements
- A Diploma or G.C.E. “A” level
- 2-3 years experience in a Customer Support Role; experience in the marine, shipping or oil industry is a plus
- Organized, detail oriented, task oriented and deadline sensitive
- Must be able to follow policy and procedures
- High level of competency and experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. At ease working in multicultural environment and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
- Complete fluency in English (oral and written)
- Professional presence and absolute integrity
- Ability to work after office hours and/or weekends as required
