Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices by accurately recording customer transactions and communicating with clients regarding order status.
  • They will also perform simple procurement tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • In addition, they will enter data and maintain records for accounts payable, purchase orders, and equipment inventory in a secure and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Administrative Coordinator will manage accounts payable and purchase orders to optimize financial performance and reduce costs.
  • They will also maintain accurate inventory records to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software to efficiently manage tasks and projects.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Understanding of clerical procedures and systems to effectively record and maintain information.
  • Ability to work independently to identify and solve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize work efficiently and meet deadlines.
