We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to join our team at Recruitment Intelligence Consultants Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking or asset management, with a proven track record of working with Single/Multi Family Office, UHNW, and EAMs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with ultra-high net worth clients, providing tailored wealth management solutions.

The role involves:

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Customized Advisory Services: Providing personalized investment strategies to clients
  • Performance Monitoring/Market Analysis: Staying up-to-date on market trends and alternative asset classes
  • Team Collaboration: Working with internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive services and solutions
  • Business Development: Identifying and capitalizing on new client acquisition opportunities

To be considered, the ideal candidate will have a degree and around 10 years of equivalent sales experience in private banking or asset management. Fluency in Bahasa and Mandarin will be preferred.
