Job Description:

Are you a strategic and operationally-driven professional seeking a challenging role in the food and beverage industry?

As a Restaurant Operations Director at DRIPLEX PTE. LTD., you will oversee the daily operations of our esteemed restaurants, driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across multiple brands.
2. Oversee the financial performance of our restaurants, including profit & loss management and cost control measures.
3. Manage budgets and forecasts to meet or exceed expectations, ensuring accurate financial planning and decision-making.
4. Direct and coordinate future outlet openings, ensuring seamless execution and quality delivery.

Operations Management:

1. Maintain and improve overall restaurant performance through regular monitoring and analysis of key metrics.
2. Ensure operational efficiency across all outlets, providing leadership and support to drive maximum customer satisfaction.
3. Establish and maintain high standards for product and service quality, ensuring full compliance with company SOPs and policies.
4. Supervise and develop a team of area managers, restaurant managers, supervisors, and service staff to maximize manpower utilization and achieve business objectives.

1. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in managing teams and driving results.
2. Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in accounting, marketing, strategy, and human resources, with a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry.
4. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
