Job Description

The Business Operations Associate will oversee various aspects of the Founder's operations, including office management, vendor coordination, and regulatory affairs. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the Founder in professional settings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in capital markets and investments, with a strong command of English and excellent communication abilities. They should be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a good understanding of financial data and numerical skills.

  • Oversee order processing and manage office operations, vendor coordination, and support functions.
  • Coordinate with nominee directors, corporate secretaries, and accountants across ASEAN.
  • Assist medical device registration dossiers with regulatory authorities across Southeast Asia.
  • Operate and manage global drug and alcohol testing programs, including scheduling, reporting, and donors' communications.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Work Environment

This is an office-based role with standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm). The location is Singapore.
