Community Outreach and Enrolment Coordinator

As a Community Outreach and Enrolment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with families to encourage preschool enrolment through outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with families to foster trust and understanding of our preschool services.
  • Support families with administrative tasks such as enrolment forms and document collection.
  • Identify and address barriers hindering families from enrolling their children in preschool and provide necessary referrals.
  • Maintain accurate information of families in internal systems.
  • Deliver exceptional support to families throughout the enrolment process.

Requirements:

  • A-level or Diploma holder preferably in Early Childhood, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, early childhood sector, or social service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Physical and medical fitness for regular outreach activities.
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, and adapt to changes.
  • Availability to work at least 1-2 evenings per week and occasional weekends.
