Customer Experience Analyst

As an experienced professional in customer experience, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the responsibilities of Complaint Management and delivering Fair Dealing Outcomes in resolving customers' complaints with independence, effectiveness, and promptness.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent capabilities in following up, prioritization, and multitasking, allowing them to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines. They will also be responsible for handling end-to-end processes of complaints escalated by internal and external parties within service delivery standards, conducting investigations, communicating findings and outcomes to complainants, and managing demanding or difficult complainants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complaints escalated by internal and external parties within service delivery standards
- Conduct and conclude investigations with relevant departments and communicate investigation findings and outcome to complainant
- Manage demanding/difficult complainants
- Communicate effectively through face-to-face meetings, telephone contacts, and written communications
- Liaise with colleagues from other departments to support investigation and service recovery processes
- Identify critical issues of complaints received and provide feedback to departments concerned and/or management for review and improvement
- Support representation of the Company in handling end-to-end processes of customers' disputes through mediation and adjudication at Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC)
- Submit complaints management-related reports on a timely basis
- Attend to enquiries/feedback received at various customer service touch points
Requirements:
- Degree holder, with a minimum of 5 years Customer Management preferably with insurance/employee benefits knowledge
- Possess excellent capabilities in following up, prioritization, and multitasking
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and work within tight timelines
- Result-oriented personality essential
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good teammate
