Job Overview

  • The Infrastructure team seeks a highly skilled Network Operations Analyst to support Level 2 operational needs across a diverse range of network technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve network incidents with a focus on root cause analysis and timely resolution.
  • Contribute to Business Recovery Plan (BRP) exercises and ensure alignment with business operations.
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of critical network components that support business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network technologies including Cisco devices, proxies, firewalls, and wifi.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and wifi environments.
  • Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Meraki or Cisco WiFi, SDWAN (Cisco/Viptela), VMware NSX, Proxy, Audiocodes Team Voice System.
  • Familiarity with IT Risk & Compliance, including CIA, BIA, CMDB, IAM, and BCP/BRP exercises.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile frameworks.

Personal Qualities

  • Self-motivated and well-organized professional with strong multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications concepts and connectivity.

Professional Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting network incidents in a company with over 1000 network devices.
  • Proficient in performing diagnostics using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, BlackBird, Thousand Eyes, and related technologies.
  • Strong level 2 troubleshooting and root cause identification skills across network technologies used within global and APAC regions.
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills and proficiency in ticketing systems like Incident, Change, Problem Management.
