We have a diverse team of experts in interior design, engineering, quantity surveying, IT consulting, project management, and MBA's.

Our services include feasibility studies, site evaluations, master planning, design development, cost budgeting, tender administration, mechanical and electrical works, fit-out works, computer system integration, and project management.

The Role

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the tender team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Manage project budgets and ensure timely tender submission.
  3. Prepare business proposals and solutions to increase profit margins.
  4. Execute strategies with the tender team to achieve KPIs.
  5. Engage with clients and stakeholders during site visits and tender meetings.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  7. Analyze market trends and propose improvements to internal processes.

Ideal Profile

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in M&E or ACMV sectors.
  • Tender department experience in ACMV/M&E.
  • Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, business management, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in construction tender processes is a plus.
