Salary
The estimated salary for this position is SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition (Faculty) will be responsible for managing all aspects of faculty recruitment, including partnering with deans, chairs, and school search committees to plan, monitor, and track the status of each assigned faculty search. Key responsibilities include drafting search announcements, advertising jobs on internal and external channels, facilitating candidate shortlisting and evaluation, and preparing dossier documents for appointment approval.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with proven experience in handling administrative tasks, document management, data accuracy checks, and report writing. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent planning and organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a detail-oriented approach are essential. A strong focus on teamwork and a service-oriented mindset is also critical.
