Regional Sales Director for E-Learning Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the APAC region, focusing on e-learning solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles, with experience in the e-learning industry. You will be passionate about delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions. Additionally, you will have excellent hunting abilities, able to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in targeted vertical markets across the region.

Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of regional sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our e-learning solutions
- Evaluate competition, analyze market trends, and think laterally to target opportunities for growth in APAC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals
- 5+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership roles, preferably in the e-learning industry
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate competition and market trends
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
