Customer Service Representative

Role Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working outdoors. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our growing team at a prestigious visitor attraction.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing visitors' queries and providing information on the attractions and services offered.
  • Perform roving duties to ensure the gardens and visitor facilities are well-maintained and visitor-friendly.
  • Welcome visitors with a smile and provide a warm welcome, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain the safety of visitors and assist with crowd management, identifying potential risks and reporting incidents to supervisors as necessary.
  • Engage in service recovery where required, restoring visitor satisfaction and confidence in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing visitors' queries and providing information on attractions and services offered.
  • Ensuring gardens and visitor facilities are well-maintained and visitor-friendly.
  • Providing a warm welcome and ensuring visitors have an enjoyable experience.
  • Maintaining the safety of visitors and assisting with crowd management.
  • Restoring visitor satisfaction and confidence in our services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualifications.
  • No prior work experience is necessary; however, a positive attitude and enthusiasm for interacting with the public are essential.
  • Enjoy working outdoors in a dynamic environment.
  • Work experience in hospitality, tourism, or attractions sectors would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
