Outdoor Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a friendly and approachable individual to join our team as an Outdoor Customer Service Associate.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to visitors, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for handling queries, providing information, and addressing any concerns that may arise.

You will also perform roving duties around the gardens, promoting a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Perform roving duties around the gardens, maintaining a high level of safety and security.
  3. Greet and welcome visitors, promoting a positive and engaging atmosphere.
  4. Ensure the safety of visitors, identifying and reporting any potential risks or hazards.
  5. Assist with crowd management, maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of visitors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, tourism).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to work in outdoor environments.
