Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement quality control plans that monitor yield rates, oversee raw material inspections, and conduct final product checks.

  • Monitor yield rates and oversee raw material inspections to identify areas for improvement.">
  • Conduct final product checks to ensure quality and safety standards are met.">
  • Identify customer requirements and coordinate product quality reviews across marketing and production departments.">
  • Communicate directly with customers on quality issues and handle customer complaints efficiently.">
  • Oversee production line quality targets, conduct audits, and assist in root cause analysis and yield improvements.">
  • Control the quality of incoming materials from suppliers by auditing credentials and issuing improvement actions.">
  • Regularly report quality plans and results to management and propose data-driven improvements to meet customer expectations.">
  • Assist with production scheduling and sales order planning, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives through production data analysis.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.">
  • 3-5 years of experience in food industry quality or production management.">
  • Strong understanding of food processing and QC systems, knowledge of quality inspection, and food safety awareness.">
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.">
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and capable of leading cross-functional quality improvement efforts.">
