Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspection and Testing
    • Read specifications and inspection & test plans to understand the requirements of products.
    • Perform scheduled sampling quality inspections of incoming materials/products from external providers and outgoing products for shipping.
    • Conduct scheduled in-process inspections in the production line to ensure that quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Reject and report to QC Supervisor/Manager for all products and materials that fail to meet quality specification and expectations.
    • Ensure QC inspection record/log is updated for inspection and testing conducted.
  • Skill Development
    • Assist QC Specialists for any investigation for product-related non-conformance issues and recommend problem resolution.
    • Assist QC Specialists for establishment of QC inspection test methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in QC inspection and strong understanding of relevant QC standards and testing techniques.
  • Certification in quality control is preferred.
  • Understand basic laboratory equipment handling.
