Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our entertainment venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

  • You will manage performers, coordinate schedules, and track leaves and performer logs.
  • Daily operational tasks, including running shows and performances, demand your attention to detail.
  • Supervise seasonal event programming, such as individual Halloween Horror Nights zones and houses.
  • Manage rehearsals, technical rehearsals, performances, and maintenance calls to guarantee smooth delivery.
  • Effective communication with relevant departments is crucial for the success of assigned entertainment shows.

You will also supervise Star Guide Leads to promote a culture of excellence and support their personal growth.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A Diploma or WSQ equivalent in a related discipline, such as Theatre, Theme Park, Television, or Events.
  • 1-2 years of related industry experience with a Diploma or WSQ Equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of related industry experience without a Diploma or WSQ Equivalent.
  • Proven show calling ability is beneficial.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
