Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description

The F&B Supervisor will oversee all food and beverage operations at NEON's entertainment venues, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves managing F&B staff, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and will report directly to Retail Manager.


Operational Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the F&B area.
  • Receive, inspect, and manage deliveries of food, beverages, and consumables.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of products and consumables.
  • Maintain high standards for the presentation and cleanliness of the F&B area, following daily and weekly cleaning protocols
  • Track daily sales and prepare regular reports for retail management team especially in regard to reordering consumables and products
  • Manage the fresh food goods with date control and wastage on a FIFO basis

Equipment and Facility Maintenance

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of Café equipment and other F&B facilities.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure equipment functionality and safety compliance

Staff Management

  • Train staff to meet operational needs.
  • Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve any staffing or operational issues promptly and professionally.

Customer Experience

  • Create a magical, immersive environment for visitors through high-quality service and themed presentation.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback to ensure a delightful experience.

Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure all F&B operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Implement and enforce quality standards for food preparation and service.

Innovation and Collaboration

  • Work with creative and marketing teams to align F&B offerings with the exhibition’s theme.
  • Suggest enhancements to attract visitors and boost sales.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (BFHC)
  • Requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift/move objects as needed
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management of food products.
  • Passion for delivering unique, memorable guest experiences.
  • Interest or familiarity with the Harry Potter franchise is a plus

Working Conditions

  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, themed event environment.
