About This Role">

Our team is seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to provide expert support to our International Wealth department.

  1. Liaise with the IW team and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  2. Lead reviews of Introducer agreements to assess operational feasibility and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  3. Design and maintain an efficient database for Introducers, including enhancements and tracking of business activities.
  4. Analyze data to create informative dashboards and reports that identify business trends and support strategic reviews.
  5. Support process improvements within IW, contributing conceptualized feedback to enhance current processes.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in Insurance Operations, preferably with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Relevant qualifications such as M5, M9, and LOMA are an advantage. Key skills include:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
