Insurance Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Transformation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance industry and expertise in digital transformation across operations, underwriting, distribution, and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives.
  • Develop forward-thinking solutions across various pillars such as technology, people, and process for our clients.
  • Lead transformation projects and process improvement initiatives for multi-national insurers.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and execute digital transformation strategies to ensure our clients achieve their growth and efficiency objectives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry with a specific focus on digital transformation across Operations, Underwriting, Distribution, and/or Claims.
  • A strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation, and the development of client deliverables.
  • Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working – including designing or implementing target operating model strategies.
  • Experience delivering large scale program initiatives, reporting directly to senior stakeholders, and managing multiple teams.
  • Highly effective relationship management skills, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
