Life Insurance Business Analyst

Our organization is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Business Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve business processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to improve business processes and operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain business cases, proposals, and other documentation as required
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Insurance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Life Insurance or Claims Management
  • Strong experience in Life/Asia platform OR life insurance products
  • Familiarity with claims processes including death claims, rider claims, critical illness, maturity, and surrender
  • Experience in writing BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and process flows
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
