Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Resort Distribution Strategist to spearhead the development and execution of strategies to enhance our distribution channels.

The successful candidate will work through travel agencies and other distribution platforms to optimize our resort's exposure and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective distribution strategies across various booking platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with travel partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel platforms.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to align distribution strategies with pricing and inventory management.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns and special offers in collaboration with travel partners to drive bookings and increase visibility.

Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and distribution performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in a similar hotel or resort setting with a proven track record in developing and executing successful distribution strategies and campaigns.
  • Knowledge in sales or business development within the luxury hotel industry, with a focus on travel distribution channels.
  • In-depth understanding of travel distribution channels, market trends, and revenue management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a well-ingrained sales & service mindset.
