Mooncake Tasting Promoter

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our mooncake tasting campaign during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Mooncake tasting promoters will play a key role in introducing our festive mooncake selections to shoppers through live sampling and engaging conversations. They will be responsible for conducting live mooncake tasting sessions, explaining product features, engaging customers warmly, offering personalized recommendations, driving sales by highlighting festive promotions, assisting with orders, maintaining booth cleanliness, ensuring sample replenishment, processing transactions accurately using POS systems, representing the brand professionally, upholding company values, and collecting customer feedback to report insights to their supervisor.

To be successful as a Mooncake Tasting Promoter, candidates should have prior experience in F&B sales or product sampling, be passionate about food and festive traditions, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused, and be able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

We offer training to ensure our Mooncake Tasting Promoters have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Uniforms and sampling materials will also be provided. The ideal candidate will be available for the full campaign period.
