Food and Beverage Ambassador Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Job Description:

  • Provide warm and genuine service to ensure excellent guest experience
  • Take, prepare and serve food & drinks orders and operate cash register
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
  • Ensure product items are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean
  • Perform any other duties as required by operational needs

Requirements:

  • Preferably 1 year working experience in F&B - cafes/restaurants/similar capacity
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays
