We are seeking a dynamic Beverage Ambassador to represent our beverage program, delivering exceptional customer service and sharing expertise with guests.

About the Role:
  • Pouring and serving makgeolli with precision and flair, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
  • Educating guests on the art of makgeolli, its cultural significance, and flavor profiles, making personalized recommendations that exceed their expectations.
  • Maintaining impeccable inventory management, ensuring timely restocking and optimal storage conditions for all products.
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise with FOH staff, elevating the team's skills and confidence in serving makgeolli.
  • Creating innovative pairing suggestions, driving sales and customer satisfaction through expert recommendations.
  • Participating in events and activities that showcase our makgeolli offerings, fostering brand loyalty and community engagement.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A genuine passion for learning about makgeolli and other Korean beverages, with prior knowledge highly regarded.
  • Possession of a WSET Level 1 certification or similar basic qualification in wine or beverage service.
  • The ability to connect with guests, convey enthusiasm, and provide top-notch service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage industries, preferably with experience in serving drinks in upscale environments.
