Join Our Team as a Beverage Ambassador

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Beverage Ambassador to join our team in the luxury hotel business. As a Beverage Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking orders and maximizing sales through product knowledge and suggestions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking orders and repeating them back to guests for accuracy.
  • Ensuring clear and accurate order-taking for effective service by the cashier and kitchen staff.
  • Assisting guests with seating and serving food and beverages in the restaurant or banquet areas.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and participating in daily briefings and monthly meetings to discuss service aspects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Beverage Ambassador, you should have experience in all areas of Food and Beverage service, especially fine dining. You should also possess professional appearance and interpersonal skills, understanding of luxury guest expectations, ability to initiate contact and build rapport, efficient time and work organization, and excellent communication skills.
