We are in the luxury hotel business in central Singapore, offering contemporary rooms and suites with opulent amenities, alongside first-rate facilities, exquisite French and local cuisines, and extensive event spaces including meeting rooms and ballrooms. We represent the renowned French living and Sofitel hospitality in Singapore. Job Responsibilities: Take orders and maximize sales through product knowledge and suggestions, ensuring accuracy by repeating orders to guests. Ensure clear and accurate order-taking for effective service by the cashier and kitchen staff. Assist guests with seating. Serve food and beverages in the restaurant or banquet areas. Assist with setup and maintain cleanliness of work areas. Participate in daily briefings and monthly meetings to discuss service aspects. Promote restaurant specialties and serve according to standards. Help guests as needed and clear tables after service. Qualifications: Experience in all areas of Food and Beverage service, especially fine dining. Professional appearance and interpersonal skills. Understanding of luxury guest expectations and a desire to exceed them. Ability to initiate contact and build rapport. Efficient time and work organization. Excellent communication skills.
