Job Title: Food Service Ambassador

Join us as a valued member of our culinary team.

Food and Beverage Services: The ideal candidate will be responsible for the serving of food and beverage items in a timely manner to exceed customer expectations. Ensure that guests' requests are not delayed during restaurant operations. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, with attention to the maintenance of furnishings and equipment, and proper setup of the kitchen and connected areas or pantries.

Customer Interaction: Provide clear information relating to restaurant operating hours, dress code, food service, etc., to the guest. Attend all team briefs as required. Participate in monthly physical stock takes of the restaurant, including glassware, plate ware, and crockery. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  3. Attend team meetings to stay informed about menu changes, promotions, and new procedures.
  4. Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills related to food preparation, presentation, and service.
  5. Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is prepared for service or secure after hours.
