A prominent family office in Singapore manages diverse interests, including real estate and financial portfolios. The office values integrity and discretion in its operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of rental properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and timely rent collection.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests while conducting regular property inspections.
  • Manage daily banking operations, including accurate recording of capital receipts and expenditures.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure timely annual filing compliance.
  • Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations and timely employee payments.
  • Conduct annual reviews of trusts, wills, and life insurance policies, ensuring alignment with family needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external institutions and legal representatives.
  • Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of medical, legal, government-related, golf-related, NGO-related, restaurant, hotel, and wine tasting information.
  • Ensure the database is organized for easy retrieval and updates.
  • Review wire transfer instructions to prevent unauthorized transactions and monitor capital calls and distributions.
  • Provide insights into potential risk management issues and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Complete annual tax filings and conduct periodic reviews of bank accounts.
  • Manage wine storage and delivery logistics, schedule meetings, and maintain meeting records.
  • Handle correspondence and undertake additional projects as assigned by the Chairman.
