Workday Benefits Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Benefits Specialist to join our team at MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. As a Workday Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering Workday solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend Workday solutions that align with their goals.
  • Design and configure Workday business processes and functional designs, including flow mapping and scenario design.
  • Demonstrate Workday functionality through prototypes and configure solutions based on client requirements.
  • Assist in designing integrations between Workday and other systems.
  • Support testing processes, identify errors, and provide fixes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Workday Benefits and related modules in a consulting or in-house role.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and deliver projects on time, working collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
