We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Category Manager Operations to join our team at GLAXOSMITHKLINE PTE LTD. This role will be responsible for managing the operations of travel, meetings, and expense solutions for the APAC and Emerging Markets region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Sourcing team to develop best-in-class service and optimized traveler and meeting experiences for GSK employees.
  • Establish and manage KPIs to ensure effective control and management of all travel and meetings spend and supplier service for the region.
  • Work in partnership with Country/Region LOC Procurement and Country/Region Finance teams to optimize traveler and meeting owner awareness of spend and behavior.
  • Manage meetings operations and strategy for the APAC and Emerging Markets regions.
  • Agree and align on meetings forecasts with key meeting stakeholders and support meeting stakeholders in developing meeting strategies for APAC and Emerging Markets.
  • Manage APAC and Emerging Markets operations for travel, including budget management.
  • Corporate Card programs, including adherence to established KPIs, process optimization, and end-user support.
  • Work in partnership with Country/Region CFOs to provide strategic direction, insight into meeting management practices, and advice.
  • Provide reporting and support to key travel and meetings stakeholders.
  • Manage T&E/Meetings & Events regional supplier relationships in line with global suppliers' strategies and initiatives.
  • Implement and manage global and regional projects.
  • Regional Travel & Meetings Supplier management, including QBRs and communicating initiatives throughout the region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a travel management program, category management within the travel sector.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing a regional or global travel program.
