**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Director to join our Asia Headquarters in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic communications initiatives and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead as an effective leader and role model, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Embodies progressive people development, valuing strategic and creative thinking, and supporting knowledge sharing.
  • Acts as a role model for change and new direction, creating understanding and confidence in our offer across the business.
  • Acts as an ambassador internally and externally for our differentiated positioning.
  • Provides organic and new business growth, driving lead generation through active networking.
  • Leads new business pitches and develops winning approaches, drawing on experts and experience from across the consultancy.
  • Understands how to assemble and lead an integrated/blended team to avoid silo responses.
  • Proactively looks for opportunities to network and sell the consultancy's integrated offer.
  • Builds relationships with relevant intermediaries, such as banks, law firms, and key media, to enhance the consultancy's reputation.
  • Participates in industry events and acts as an ambassador for the Wachsman brand.
  • Builds the consultancy's reputation, confidently representing and selling all aspects of our offer.
  • Introduces existing clients and new contacts to a wide range of expertise, drawing on colleagues from across the consultancy.
  • Seeks opportunities to develop new approaches and IP.
  • Creates an environment where teams are encouraged to try new things.
  • Is a trusted adviser to C-suite level, building strong, long-term relationships and being recommended by clients to others within their organization and outside.
  • Has a proven track record for retaining and growing clients.
  • Aligns reputation strategy into business strategy and advises on high-stakes moments, integrating reputation into risk decision-making and reporting.
  • Provides new thinking/strategic insight to clients and across the consultancy.
  • Acts as the epitome of knowledge creation and sharing.
  • Supports and encourages active use of the Ecosystem.
  • Ensures projects are summarized to share expertise and new innovations/IP.
  • Proactively ensures critical assets (e.g., proposals and outputs) are readily available to enhance speed and quality of new work.
  • Is committed to attracting and retaining the best talent and supports progressive talent management.
  • Acts as mentor and coach.
  • Provides ongoing feedback to teams/individuals to enhance learning and set high standards.
  • Proactively tackles poor performance effectively.
