This role oversees and manages projects across multiple brands.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for establishing project timelines, coordinating all operations, and working closely with internal stakeholders to execute projects. This includes planning and overseeing bespoke events, developing marketing plans, and managing within approved objectives. The successful candidate must deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and analyze project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and liaise between clients and internal teams.
  • Understand client briefs and expectations and deliver results in a timely fashion.
  • Establish project timelines and effectively coordinate all operations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute projects.
  • Plan and oversee end-to-end bespoke events.
  • Develop and recommend marketing plans and manage within approved objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with both external and internal parties.
  • Analyze project success and prepare reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in marketing, business management, events management, or hospitality.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in project management or event management roles.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for events.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to think on your feet and be a problem solver.
  • Customer service oriented with good presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong English language skills are essential, ability to converse in Mandarin or Cantonese would be a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a can-do attitude and be positive in approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Team player with leadership skills.
