About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through effective relationship-building and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop relationships with VIP traders across the APAC region and beyond.
• Market Coinbase Advanced, which offers Derivatives, to VIP users based in APAC.
• Assist senior sales team members in coverage for existing clients as well as lead generation and responding to inbound opportunities.
• Help to develop and implement regional and international VIP sales strategy.
• Collaborate with teammates to create and optimize processes for sales, support and CRM.
• Participate in marketing activities in APAC region and globally; meet face-to-face or virtually with existing and prospective clients, and be involved in hosting and organising client events.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in a sales/sales & trading/field sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and its applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
