High Performance Professional

As a High Performance Professional, you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of high-performance programs and pathways in your organization. Your primary goal will be to oversee and maintain the management and operation of these programs, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's overall vision and objectives.

  • Job Purpose: To manage and operate high-performance programs and pathways, ensuring their alignment with the organization's overall strategy and goals.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, monitor, and evaluate high-performance programs and pathways through annual work plans and performance indicators established within the Multi-Year Sport Plan (MYSP).
  2. Serve as key performance liaison between relevant stakeholders, including Singapore Silat Federation (SSF), Sport Singapore Institute (SSI), National Youth Sports Institute (NYSI), and Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC).
  3. Develop and integrate long-term performance analysis tools and reporting mechanisms for program evaluation and monitoring, to assist in the communication of HP program objectives to coaches and athletes.
  4. Quarterly reporting on all HP program initiatives, including a detailed analysis of final results vs. performance objectives and recommendations for future improvements.
  5. Work closely with national coaches for implementing the high-performance programs and day-to-day training plans.
  6. Coordinate with SSF affiliates to build a harmonious environment for coaches and athletes' developmental pathways.
  7. Develop and maintain procedures/processes relating to HP.
