We are seeking a talented and experienced leader to fill the role of High Performance Manager. This individual will oversee all high-performance programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating high-performance initiatives across various disciplines. They will work closely with athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders to develop strategies that drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing high-performance plans in line with organizational objectives
  • Liaising with athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
  • Conducting regular evaluations to assess progress and make necessary adjustments
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of high-performance initiatives
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and respect within the organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of experience in high-performance management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of best practices in high-performance management, including athlete development, coaching, and program evaluation
