Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to lead our AI for All Program, a 15-hour AI upskilling course designed to equip Singapore learners with foundational and essential AI knowledge and skills. The program aims to reach 4,000 learners and run from June 2025 to September 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring seamless coordination between trainers, learners, marketing and operations teams, and external partners. They will design processes, facilitate learning journeys, and guarantee that the program is meaningful and empowering for all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management with multiple stakeholders or workstreams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time independently
  • Clear, thoughtful written and verbal communication
  • Empathy and people-centred thinking
  • Growth mindset, willingness to learn, and comfort with ambiguity
  • Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom)
