Digital Transformation Program Manager

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Independently identifies solutions to common and complex issues and drives complex projects or modules of large complex programs within the domains of operations, supply chain management and logistics utilizing best of breed technologies including but not limited to cloud integrations, APIs, blockchain or advanced analytics.
- Acts as a peer leader on a cross functional project team.
- Owns decision-making within projects and contributes to digital solutions to managers.
- Acts as a resource to other business units for issues on digital transformation.

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**

**_Required Skills :_**
- Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Mathematics / Statistics etc.) : Degrees in advanced analytics, data science are preferable
- Experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects / modules from design to implementation, with a capability to work independently and drive outcomes in matrixed project structures.
- Critical thinking, with outstanding analytical, stakeholder influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills including collaboration with internal teams and external global vendors.
- Understanding and experience on requirements understanding, definition, prototyping of products and platforms is required
- Experience with Agile product development methodology and tools is preferred
- Comfort with constructively challenging existing processes and working on improving processes and outcomes

**_ Preferred skills:_**
- Digital product management experience in building digital products and platforms or intelligent process automation solutions
- Working experience on basic analytics tools and languages : POWER BI, SQL, QLIK, PYTHON
- Project Management Certifications : PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, PRINCE2, AGILE / SCRUM CERTIFICATIONS
