We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordination professional to drive learning and development initiatives in the public sector.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs focusing on digital skills for public service employees;
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design curriculum, training materials, and learning resources;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and measure their impact on individuals and organizations;
- Stay up-to-date on trends in digital transformation, AI, RPA, and other relevant technologies to ensure training programs remain current;
- Lead and manage projects aimed at enhancing learning and development within the public sector;
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and manage project progress to ensure timely delivery;
- Provide support to public agencies on their digital transformation initiatives using methodologies like design thinking.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant working experience in L&D and instructional design;
- Strong knowledge of technology trends such as AI, programming, RPA, data analytics, and digital transformation;
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Confidence in managing relationships and dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on learning and development initiatives in the public sector, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
