Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for medical professionals, focusing on the treatment of atrial fibrillation and related conditions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content, including procedural videos, webinars, and case studies.
- Oversee the coordination of projects, including logistics, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.
- Support the development of new technologies and training methods to enhance the learning experience for medical professionals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned training strategies and messaging.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support training program initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in medical education, training, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as required.
