Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of precast units and monitor shipments to prevent delays in installation.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and installation of delivered precast components.
  • Review and verify that all precast elements comply with design and quality standards before they leave the production plant.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to conduct thorough inspections during both the production and installation phases.
  • Address any non-conformances or defects in precast units, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Housing Development Board (HDB) projects.
  • Proven experience in precast concrete production, logistics, or construction coordination.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to facilitate effective collaboration across project teams.
