Job Summary:

Utility Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Utility Coordination Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth coordination of utilities-related works.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule all aspects of utilities coordination related works.
  • Coordinate between subcontractors and utility agencies to resolve discrepancies on utility plans.
  • Liaise with utility agencies such as PUB (Sewer, Water Supply Network), SPPG, M1, Starhub, Singtel, Netlink, and others to resolve interfacing services clashes on site.
  • Manage and monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and ensure compliance with authority requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the related field for this position.
  • Familiarity with utility authority processes and submission platforms.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering and utility drawings accurately.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with people at all levels.
