Job Title: Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction project team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Review architectural drawings and identify potential issues or errors.\
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all parties are aligned and working towards a common goal.\
  • Conduct site inspections to verify that works comply with approved drawings and specifications.\
  • Resolve design conflicts, site constraints, and technical queries in a timely and efficient manner.\
  • Prepare and submit documents for approvals, such as shop drawings and MOS.\
  • Ensure that materials and workmanship meet project standards through quality control measures.\
  • Monitor project progress to ensure that timelines are met and deadlines are exceeded.\
  • Comply with regulations and contract requirements to minimize risks and avoid costly delays.\

Requirements:\
  • \
  • Candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a construction-related field.\
  • Must possess a degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or M&E.\
  • Basic knowledge of Autocad software is required.\
  • Excellent communication and written skills are essential.\
  • Ability to use Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients is a plus.\
