Job Title: Project Architectural Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Architectural Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing the transmission of documents and drawings to clients and subcontractors, ensuring that updated drawings are issued promptly.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. They will also possess a range of technical skills, including proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to clients and subcontractors
  • Prepare method statements and work procedures
  • Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to update progress of work
  • Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulations are complied
  • Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
  • Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site
  • Assist project managers in coordinating with consultants on change orders
  • Organize labor, equipment, and materials for day-to-day site activities
  • Perform and maintain inspection records
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop
