Eterna Indonesia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Utility Coordinator to manage the approval and completion of projects with utility companies and ensure Permission to Operate (PTO) for solar systems. This role involves handling a high volume of interconnection processes and coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit interconnection documents, ensuring compliance with utility policies and timely follow-up on applications.
Coordinate with internal teams, utility portals, and external partners to secure project approvals and maintain accurate project records.
Manage project pipelines by tracking progress, updating statuses, and generating necessary reports to ensure successful project completion.
Conduct research on interconnection requirements across different regions, utilizing phone and web-based inquiries to document processes.
Communicate effectively to address inquiries and collaborate with the monitoring department for system activation.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in computer systems and web-based platforms, with strong research skills.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers via phone.
Experience in managing project coordination, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and capable of independently handling tasks and following through to project completion.
